TH Properties successfully initiated a proposal to build an Islamic Complex for the Islamic Affairs Departments and Agencies under the Prime Minister’s Department on Plots 3M2, 3C2 and 3C3, Precinct 3, Putrajaya. The development consists of four(4) block of buildings ranging from seven(7) to ten(10) storey height.

The 3-Star Hajj Complex and Hotel, Kuala Nerus, Terengganu was fully completed on 4 July 2013. The complex consists of a 182 Room Hotel, a Banquet Hall which can accommodate 1,000 guests and two swimming pools

This was a Design and Build contract for Pusat Latihan Gabungan (PLGPT) Tentera Darat, in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan, awarded by the Ministry of Defence, worth RM418 million.
Developed on 40-acres of land in Bandar Baru Aman Jaya, Sungai Petani under a Design and Build Contract with the Public Works Department (JKR), the project is valued at RM387 million and was completed in 2006.
