ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions

To assist in the general/overall office administration works.

 

  • Assist in drafting and typing out-going memo/letters using available office equipment for on-time and effective communications to internal and external customers, including photocopying and binding where necessary.
  • Manage document effectively by prioritizing all correspondence and related project documents systematically through effective filling systems and in compliance with ISO requirements
  • Keep all documents in the department through proper safekeeping and maintain confidentiality at all time.
  • Assist in areas of accounts, human resources and administration by handling of claims, attendance record, leave monitoring, medical records and any other related matters.
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials by using relevant software and presentation materials for professional and convincing presentations to outside and internal customers.
  • Participate in the implementation of QSHE Program at office/site to ensure compliance to legal and other requirement at all time.

SALES CONSULTANT

Job Descriptions

  1. Outline and implement monthly/yearly sales promotion/road show activities plan to meet sales quota.

    • Develop SMART quarterly/monthly plan sales promotion/road show activities plan; assign duties to implement and sales budget basis requirement

    • Assign sales duties and determination of sales quota to sales personnel respectively

    • Arrange and set-up product display at relevant promotional sites and ensure products collaterals requirement and supply are suffice

  2. To service entire customers with specific focus to registered/genuine customers’ base by daily solicitation/appointment to close sales

MANAGER, PROJECT (Bandar Enstek)

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the overall project management of the assigned proiects which includes the following scopes:
    • Project Planning
    • Design Development
    • Contract Costing and Administration
    • Project Management
  • Responsible for the success delivery of a completed project and handling over to the Client/Government.
  • Responsible on the control on project cost and budget to meet revenue and gross profit targets.

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the development of comprehensive project programmes for FM Division
  • Continuously monitor the programmes prepared to accurately reflect progress and maintain accurate earned value and resource data for internal & external purposes.
  • Identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximise project quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • Ensure all functional activity on the project is coordinated and ensure that problems bottlenecks are anticipated and resolved in timely manner.
  • Provide regular report and feedback to management on key issues and focus areas.
