VACANCY
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions

  • Outline and implement monthly/yearly sales promotion/road show activities plan to meet sales quota.
  • To service entire customers with specific focus to registered/genuine customers’ base by daily solicitation/appointment to close sales.
  • To provide good pre-and post-sales services to customers.
  • To update and furnish weekly and forth nightly sales report for Management consumption.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equlvalent.
  • Good command in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Own a transport and driving license.
  • Has a pleasant sales personality.
  • Familiar with selling and close techniques.
  • A thorough understanding of property market and trend, land and contractual matters, bank, and treasury approval procedures.

EXECUTIVE INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Descriptions

  • Perform audit assignment within the allocated time frame.
    Issue draft audit report upon completion of audit fieldwork.
  • Carry-out special investigation audits or ad hoc assignments as and when
    instructed by the Head of Group Internal Audit.
  • Responsible for complying and implanting all policies, procedure and instructions required by the department.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Internal Auditing/Accountancy or equivalent discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management and quality management system.
  • Good command in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Own a transport and driving license.

HR ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties for Human Resources Department.
  • Manage and keep all documents through proper safekeeping and in compliance with ISO requirements and maintain confidentiality at all time.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Maintains employee information by updating employee data into HR system.
  • Prepare payment request and keep track of cheque issuance.
  • Ensure stationaries stock are available for HR Department.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in administration & clerical work.
  • Experience working in HR department is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act is an advantage.
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
