To assist in the general/overall office administration works.

 

  • Assist in drafting and typing out-going memo/letters using available office equipment for on-time and effective communications to internal and external customers, including photocopying and binding where necessary.

Technician, M & E

  1. To carry out operational and preventive maintenance task

  • Responsible for plant Electrical System, planned, operate, safety precautions and carry out work such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repair maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear, switch room, equipment and building.
  • Carry out all maintenance activities relating to LV installation including substations.
  • Conduct and plan electrical and process instruments inspection, installation and maintenance according to standard specification and regulations.
  • Responsible in handling all or assigned electrical facilities and equipment equal or below specified voltage limits and to ensure the smooth running of the operations in plant room and chiller.
  • Response and provide assistance on maintenance request by internal customer.
  • Ensure all Safety & Health procedures are adhered and maintain good housekeeping of the work area.

  • Outline and implement monthly/yearly sales promotion/road show activities plan to meet sales quota

    • Assign sales duties and determination of sales quota to sales personnel respectively
