Vendor Registration System

TH Properties Sdn Bhd has implemented an online Vendor Registration System and starting April 2023 onwards, all vendor registrations and update of companies information will be done through the Vendor Registration System.

For existing vendors, you are still required to register your company/companies into the system. Your registration will be automatically accepted as you are our existing vendors, provided all required information is submitted during the online registration process. As an existing vendor, you are exempted from paying the registration fee.

For new vendors, a minimal registration fee will be imposed as stated in the online registration form. Your registration will be evaluated based on predetermined criteria and you will be notified on the status of your registration.

From April 2023 onwards, we will only refer to the Vendor Registration System for list of vendors to be invited for tender or quotation exercises. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to register your company/companies.
