STRENGTHENING INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS AT BANDAR ENSTEK
TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to welcome YB Tuan Liew Chin Tong, Deputy Minister of Finance, and his entourage to Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, for a strategic visit and investors’ dialogue session.
The delegation comprised representatives from the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Negeri Sembilan State Government, led by YBrs. Dr. Arwan Sabri, Deputy State Secretary (Development), Lembaga Tabung Haji, as well as key industry investors and partners such as from Novugen, Kellanova and Mahsuri Food.
During the visit, Ir. Wan Azian Wan Yusuf, Director, Property Development, TH Properties, presented an overview of Techpark Enstek – Life Science Park, highlighting its strategic potential in strengthening the life sciences and advanced manufacturing ecosystem while creating new opportunities for investment and economic growth.
The programme also featured a Dialogue Session with Investors, providing a platform for constructive engagement on investment opportunities, industry development and the continued growth of Bandar Enstek as a strategic investment destination.
