Formerly the Hajj Complex, Hotel and Convention Centre, it comprises a 237-room hotel, a convention hall for 1,090 pax and nine conference rooms. The project was completed in 2018 and had achieved QLASSIC certification of 81%, as well as GBI certification.
Completed in 2018, it comprises a Hajj Operations Centre, a 2,500-pax Convention Centre, a 333-room upscale hotel operated by Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, Anjung Tinjau and Astaka (Exhibition Centre). The Hajj Complex, Hotel & Convention Centre in KLIA replaced the former hub of Hajj operations in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The project achieved QLASSIC certification of 82% (hotel) and 79% (convention centre), as well as GBI certification.
Completed in 2016, the office complex for MAIWP is located near Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin, and comprises four blocks ranging from seven to ten storeys. The project achieved QLASSIC certification of 77% (Blocks A & B), 72% (Block C) and 68% (Block D), as well as GBI certification.
The 3-Star Hajj Complex and Hotel, Kuala Nerus, Terengganu was fully completed on 4 July 2013. The complex consists of a 182 Room Hotel, a Banquet Hall which can accommodate 1,000 guests and two swimming pools

Developed on 40-acres of land in Bandar Baru Aman Jaya, Sungai Petani under a Design and Build Contract with the Public Works Department (JKR), the project was completed in 2006.
