TH Properties is an integrated property, project development, and asset and facilities management group. Leveraging proven technical and commercial experience and expertise, the Group focuses on four core business areas: property development, construction, project management, and facilities management.
Wholly owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji (the Pilgrims’ Fund Board), the Group was created following the consolidation in 2010 of TH Properties Sdn Bhd and TH Technologies Sdn Bhd, Lembaga Tabung Haji’s property development and construction arms, respectively.
The Group’s signature property development is the 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek, located close to the KL International Airport.
With over 1,784 homes built and delivered, Bandar Enstek is now a thriving community. Famous local and international organisations and companies have chosen to set up their facilities at Bandar Enstek, such as the National Audit Academy, the Higher Education Leadership Academy, Institut Aminuddin Baki, Cempaka Ladies College, Tunku Kurshiah College, Epsom College, Nilai Politechnic, Maktab Perguruan Teknik, Institut Pendidikan Bahasa Pusat Latihan Bahasa Inggeris, Institut Perpustakaan Dan Maklumat Negara, R&D Centre for Jabatan Bomba & Penyelamat Malaysia, Akademi Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka.
Techpark@enstek has also been accredited with HALMAS (Halal Park) status and is now the country’s leading biotechnology industry hub.
The Group has also completed building and infrastructure projects above RM1 billion in value, including the country’s leading commercial development on wakaf land, the 34-story Menara Bank Islam in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.
The track record lists highways, flood mitigation works, hospitals, army and police facilities, and Government buildings and quarters, among the many achievements.
More recently, the Group has expanded into the asset and facilities management sector and, within two years, is managing approximately 4 million sq. ft. of office space. Clients include public and private sector entities, with a range of services: comprehensive facility management services, custodial services, housekeeping and chambermaid services, cleaning services, landscaping maintenance, operations and maintenance of passenger trolleys, and car park operations.
The Group has also assisted Lembaga Tabung Haji in managing the development of the latters’ operational facilities and investment properties, from inception and conceptualisation to design, construction, completion, and maintenance.
