VACANCY
CHARGEMEN BO (Klang Valley)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for plant Electrical System, planned, operate, safety precautions and carry out work such as preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and repair maintenance for high voltage transformer, high voltage switch gear, switch room, equipment and building.
  • Carry out all maintenance activities relating to low Voltage and high voltage installation including substations.
  • Conduct and plan electrical and process instruments inspection, installation and maintenance according to standard specification and regulations.
  • Responsible in handling all or assigned electrical facilities and equipment equal or below specified voltage limits and to ensure the smooth running of the operations in plant room and chiller.
  • Response and provide assistance on maintenance request by internal customer.

 

Job Requirements

  • Chargeman BO Certificate (11KV) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Minimum 5 years working experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, trouble shoot, maintain and service all Mechanical & Electrical systems under the contract and to modify the  system when required
  • Supervise vendors and contractors
  • Provide assistance to service and building maintenance team when required
  • To carry our mechanical and electrical tests to fixed plant and equipment and to record the results
  •  Ensure air-conditioning system operating as well and be responsible for tools, equipment, spare parts and stock inventory.

 

Job Qualificatins:

  • Minimum Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar industry specialising in maintenance/repair.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure Plan preventive maintenance conduct by time frame.
  • Responsible for plant civil works such as road, lighting, buildings, fencing, sewage system, structure, tanks and other related system
  • Responsible for safe operation, maintenance and handling of machinery according to DOSH, OSH and Energy Commission, etc.
  • Supervise vendor or contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project team, to conceptualise, develop and execute the project plan and project control
  • Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project through effective project scheduling and coordination.
  • Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel through liaison with Human Resources and Project Section for on time delivery and cost-effective project staffing.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority through kick-off and weekly meetings with staff, clients and consultants to ensure minimal implementation and construction problems.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget through effective monitoring and liaison with the planning section for on time delivery and adjustment of work schedule.
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required through preparation of project acceleration program/S-Curve to avoid delay in construction.
  • Prepare project reports for management, client, or others through data collation and information gathering from various project section and consultants.
  • Coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies to avoid legal environmental and safety violation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years working experience with 5 years in managerial position, preferably with Property Developers with exposure to high-rise and mixed development.
  • Minimum Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Certified PMP or Project Manager (CCPM) will be an added advantage

  • Review and analysis cost estimate prepare by consultant during planning and design stage of project to achieve acceptable profitability level.
  • To prepare list of contractors for calling tender for approval including review the company profile and their registration to meet the project requirement and company policy.
  • Coordinate with consultant on preparation of tender document.
  • Review and comments tender documentation prepare by consultant to meet the requirement of the project and accordance to the company policy.
  • Conduct confidential yet transparent tendering process and to ensure that calling and closing of tender as per work program and tender requirement.
  • To arrange and coordinate with consultant and tenderer for tender clarification.
  • Undertake and analysis of tender report by consultant to prepare the approval paper for appointment of contractor.
  • Undertake project cost analysis and updating of cost data.
  • Undertake implementation of activities during implementation stage inclusive coordinate with consultant and contractor to prepare contract documentation, conduct cost monitoring and cost contra
