CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (TH Selborn)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our Group. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, this role is critical in driving sustainable growth, optimizing capital structures, and ensuring robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial and commercial leadership to ensure the organization is financially viable and developing in sustainable ways.
  • Lead the development of financial strategies and policies, including matters related to banking, investments, reserves, and cash flow.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Take overall responsibility for the production and presentation of financial reports, budgets, expenditures, and projections.
  • Drive initiatives in capital funding, including Sukuk and other Islamic financing instruments.
  • Implement strategies for portfolio diversification, commercialization, and performance monitoring across business units.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, ICMA) and/or MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management. Prior exposure to property development or real estate will be considered an advantage.
  • Expertise:
    •  Proven track record in capital funding, including Sukuk and Islamic finance instruments.
    • Strong background in portfolio diversification, commercialization strategies, and performance monitoring.
    • Deep understanding of financial governance and risk management.

EXECUTIVE, IT INTERNAL AUDIT

About the Role:

About the Role TH Properties Group is looking for an Executive, IT Internal Audit to support the planning and execution of integrated audit assignments covering both operational internal controls and IT-related controls.

This role will be responsible for assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes, with a focus on technology-related risks, system security, data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in IT audit, internal audit, IT governance, cybersecurity, system controls or data analytics who are keen to grow their career in governance, risk and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform risk-based IT and operational audits, including reviews on system security, network infrastructure, database management and business application controls.
  • Support integrated audit assignments by incorporating IT audit components such as automated controls, data extraction and system-based control testing into financial and operational audits.
  • Assess IT processes against relevant governance and security frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001 and other applicable internal control standards.
  • Review compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements, including PDPA and other applicable laws or policies.
  • Identify control weaknesses, technology-related risks and areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations to Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Internal Audit or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, internal audit, IT governance, cybersecurity, system controls or data analytics.
  • Possess or currently pursuing CISA certification will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in COBIT, ISO 27001, COSO, cybersecurity, system controls or data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Able to explain technical IT issues in a clear and practical manner.

  • Develop SharePoint solutions such as lists, forms, pages, libraries, workflows and approval processes.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business reporting and decision-making.
  • Support process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps and other digital tools.
  • Work with internal users to gather requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
  • Assist in system rollout, user training, UAT, documentation and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure digital solutions comply with internal IT, cybersecurity and data access policies.
  • Maintain proper system documentation, user guides, records and audit evidence.
  • Comply with the Company’s Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, digital solutions, system support or related IT field.
  • Experience in SharePoint, Power BI and MySQL will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate is preferred.

EXECUTIVE, RISK MANAGEMENT

The Executive, Risk Management is responsible for assisting in the execution and maintenance of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes across the organization. This role supports the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of potential risks that may impact business operations, sustainability, and growth. The position also plays a key role in strengthening organizational resilience, crisis preparedness, and business continuity capabilities through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate the implementation and administration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs across the Group and subsidiaries.

  • Assist in maintaining risk registers, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and departmental Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
  • Support the execution of risk assessments for various departments and functions, including analysis of operational and financial risks.
  • Coordinate quarterly risk review activities and annual BCM documentation updates, exercises, reviews, and validations.
  • Work closely with business units to identify, escalate, and resolve risk-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of Incident Management Plans, Crisis Management Plans, and scenario-based Incident Action Plans.
  • Serve as part of the BCM Secretariat and support communication coordination during crisis situations, including event logging and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) and relevant authorities to align emergency management plans with best practices and compliance requirements.
