TH PROPERTIES SDN. BHD. RECORDS 60 PER CENT TAKE-UP FOR PRISTINE 3 WITHIN A WEEK OF ITS LAUNCH

BANDAR ENSTEK, 4 FEBRUARY 2022TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“TH Prop”) received an overwhelming response to its latest residential project in Bandar Enstek when 60 per cent of Pristine 3 was taken up within a week of its launch.

Last week, the property group launched Pristine 3, a development project of double-storey terrace houses with gross development value of RM20.26 million. Located in the suburb of KLIA, Pristine 3 is one of TH Prop’s latest contemporary housing developments built on a freehold land in Bandar Enstek by the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, THP Enstek Development Sdn. Bhd.

According to En. Azman Haji Ibrahim, the Group Chief Executive Officer of TH Prop, the positive response and continued interest showed by homebuyers towards Pristine 3 is reflection of trust and recognition of TH Prop brand name. Similar to the good market response for Pristine 3, Pristine Phase 1 and Phase 2, which were launched in October 2017 and July 2018 respectively, also received an overwhelming demand and were fully sold.

“Since its launch last Saturday, 60 per cent of Pristine 3 have been taken up, translating to a total sales value of RM12,228,890.00. We expect the positive interest from homebuyers to persistently grow as Pristine 3 is a perfect fit for growing families and property hunters dreaming of a secluded enclave of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. With the success of Pristine 3, we are gearing up for the launch of Pristine 4 very soon,” he added.

Azman believes that homebuyers are drawn to Pristine 3 because of its well-thought-out design that incorporates nature-inspired landscapes and contemporary architectural features. In line with the Group’s motto, “Building Beyond Buildings”, Pristine 3 was developed to be both innovative and affordable in order to meet the needs of a diverse group of homebuyers.

Pristine 3 comes in two different units – the 20’ x 77’ Type A1 has a built-up area of 1,584 sq. ft., and is offered at attractive prices from RM576,700.00. Meanwhile, the 20’ x 100’ Type A2 units are priced from RM592,800.00. All of the double-storey terrace homes have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and are built to ensure maximum comfort, safety and privacy. The development is located in a tranquil setting, making Pristine 3 a place of serenity and exclusivity which matches its namesake.

The Group also has other project launches in the pipeline for this year. The upcoming launch of Phase 1 of Cenderawasih 3, a residential project with gross development value of RM28.68 million, is slated for May. In the third quarter of the year, TH Prop is planning a launch of its residential project in Bandar Warisan Puteri 2.

“With the revival of property sector and the economy as a whole, we believe our next products will also garner great interest. This will be a busy year for us. We are growing and expanding but at the core of it all, customers’ needs and demands remain one of our top priorities.
