Rakan cop@enstek is Launched

Security at Bandar Enstek has been enhanced with the launch of rakan cop@enstek. This initiative adds to the 24-hour surveillance and security patrols provided for residents’ safety. Dato’ Mohd Noh Kandah, Chief Police of Negeri Sembilan officiated the event attended by over 100 residents. Talks, Q&A sessions, K9 demonstration and an exposition on crime prevention and defence mechanism by the Royal Malaysian Police were highlights of the day.

Merdeka Eve Parade, Seremban

TH Properties bagged second place in the Merdeka Parade held in Seremban to celebrate Malaysia’s 50th year of independence. Thousand of people gathered in the streets to witness the glittering and colourful parade comprising 13 floats from the government and private sectors. TH Properties’ winning float portrayed elements which represented @enstek as a development of futuristic modernity ingeniously combined with the calm and soothing greenery of the township.

techpark@enstek is Launched and Four New Investors Come on Board

techpark@enstek, a 784-acre industrial development housing the largest cluster of biotechnology companies in Malaysia, was launched by Dato’ Seri Rafidah Aziz, Minister of International Trade & Industry. Dato’ Seri Rafidah Aziz also witnessed the signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreements between TH Properties Sdn Bhd and four new investors in techpark@enstek, namely Renal Laboratories Sdn Bhd, Natural Wellness Industries Sdn Bhd, Bio Molecular Industries Sdn Bhd and Bio Streptz Sdn Bhd.

Medicalcity Corporation Signs MoU with Guang’anmen Hospital, Beijing

International collaboration in R&D and manufacturing will be given focus following the MOU signed between Medicalcity Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd (a joint venture between TH Properties Sdn Bhd and TSR Capital Berhad) and Guang’anmen Hospital of Beijing. Key areas of importance include integrative medicine, modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine including Chinese herbs, acupuncture and Qigong.

UPSR Examination Clinic at @enstek

A one-day UPSR workshop for Standard 6 students in preparation for their examination was organised by TH Properties under our NST Newspaper In Education sponsorship. The clinic proved useful in preparing the students and providing them with useful study tips to excel. After the session they also felt highly motivated in their preparations.

Blood Donation Campaign- Healthy Lifestyle at @enstek

Residents and TH Properties employees alike showed their support for a Blood Donation Campaign by participating as donors. Held at pulse@enstek, the event kicked off with an aerobic session followed by a health talk by our invited speaker, a UiTM Sports Science lecturer. Children were entertained with special appearance by Kingo, the mascot for Krista Kindergarten.

Schools Receive Newspaper Sponsorship from TH Properties

Ten primary and secondary schools around Bandar Enstek are getting a boost in enhancing their students’ English proficiency level and general knowledge thanks to TH Properties’ sponsorship of New Straits Times under the Newspaper in Education programme. Representatives from the participating schools received copies of New Straits Times from TH Properties CEO, Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim at the presentation ceremony held at SK Kompleks KLIA. Present were New Straits Times Sdn Bhd Group Editor, Dato’ Syed Nazri Syed Harun and other NST officials.

It was a proud day for 46 owners of jentayu@enstek bungalows who received keys to their new homes.
