Bandar enstek opens its doors to ASPA visitors from Korea

Bandar Enstek, the pride and joy of TH Properties, recently welcomed several visitors from the Asian Science Park Association (ASPA) Korea into its lush green acres. Headquartered in Beijing, ASPA aims to contribute to the joint development of Asia through the interchange of technology and cooperation of regions.
The recent visit was planned to facilitate the exchange of ideas and technology innovation in property development, a further testament to the growing friendship between TH Properties and ASPA.
The visitors were taken on a tour of techpark@enstek, the industrial and technological hub of Bandar Enstek. techpark@enstek which functions as a hotbed for high technology, non-pollutant industries encompassing the fields of biotechnology, information technology, advanced manufacturing technology and other related technologies, is a focal attraction point for national and international investors.
The juxtaposition of cutting-edge technology and ecological consciousness of Bandar Enstek truly made an indelible impression on the Korean visitors. Led by Dr. Lee Jong Hyun, the Chairman of ASPA, they heartily expressed their delight and surprise at the size and beauty of the Park and the surrounding township.
“We are extremely impressed by your park, and look forward to more friendly collaborations and exchanges between both our organisations in the foreseeable future,” said Dr. Lee Jong Hyun at the end of the visit. The township’s extensive network of industrial, commercial, residential and institutional infrastructure and facilities also chalked up rave reviews.
With lush landscaping and intricate architecture, residents are enveloped in a high-end resort-style living environment equipped with modern amenities of today’s world and serenity of yesteryear.
